“Lolaine,” whispered the red headed boy.
The girl looked around, took her glasses off; surprised that
someone actually called her first name. And it’s a guy! She
looked around once more in the deserted common room of
Gryffindor since everyone went studying in the library then
saw Fred—or George, same thing—she can’t distinguish between
them then blushed.
“Yes?” Lolaine replied, her tone was pleasant yet
whispering.
“I found you… Rather pretty these days,” the red headed boy
said dreamily, “Your blue eyes just match your blonde hair.
I never knew there’s someone like you in Hogwarts… Do you
want to go out with me in 1st of April since it’s on my
birthday and I would really want to celebrate it with
someone special.”
The girl tossed down her saliva down her throat. She never
knew that someone would ask her out, literally! She was
flying up high in the sky. So happy so… in high spirits!
Words couldn’t tell how much she’s so pleasant of herself.
Because she found herself rather not attractive, how on
earth a guy would ask her out? And it turned out the Prince
of Prankster came and picked her up from her pumpkin
carriage. She felt so much like Cinderella.
“Well, sure,” she said in a low tone, then she said quickly,
“—I mean, cool. Yeah, sure I’ll come.”
“Marvellous,” the red headed boy cheered, “I’ll pick you up
tomorrow, in front of the Great Halls’ staircase at eleven,
‘Lo-Lo’”
Lo-Lo.
Lo-Lo!!! He just
called her that! She would do anything to make her name
changed to Lo-Lo for Fred—or George, same thing. Today is
full of love!!! She went red on her cheeks then covered
herself with the big book towards her face. The boy just
smiled amiably and walked towards the boys’ dormitory as he
whistled.

“Angelina,” whispered the redheaded boy.
Angelina looked around then saw a red headed boy standing
pleasantly and was so full of himself.
“What now, George?” Angelina said coolly as she continued
polishing her broom in the corridor late in the night before
April Fools.
“Fred, actually,” they boy replied back to her.
“George, you’re really funny,” Angelina spoke again without
looking towards the redheaded boy.
“Fine, you caught me,” the redheaded boy said confessing. It
seems that maybe some people would notice the difference
between Fred and George. But Angelina Johnson was the first
girl that could notice the difference between them two. She
said Fred has more bogeys in his nose than George, though it
was just for a laugh honestly.
Angelina just scoffed silently then the redheaded speak out,
“Angel, I find you rather gorgeous these days…”
“Please,” Angelina started, “If you’re trying to flirt with
me and in the end you’d test me with those stupid things in
your Weasleys Wizard Wheezes joke hag… Count me out.”
“Of course not,” the redheaded boy said immediately, “The
first years would be the victim for those. Besides, I know
that you find our joke hag to be rather interesting. But I’m
just asking you one question. I would be really happy if
you’d come with me to Hogsmeade tomorrow for my date, since
my birthday is on that day too.”
Angelina stopped polishing then realised she was a bit out
of bounce; afterwards she continued polishing and said, “No
can do, Roger Davis just asked me out yesterday.”
The redheaded boy just simply gave a shrug then said, “I
guess I’d ask someone else then…”
The redheaded boy started to walk away slowly then he heard
Angelina spoke, “Are you kidding me, George? I would date a
Ravenclaw that’s in Quidditch team? Blah! Sure I’ll come
with you.”
“Cheers,” the redheaded boy said, “I’ll meet you in front of
Great Halls’ staircase at eleven then.”
“Cool.”
[center]* * *[/center]
“Just like plans, brother… Just like our plans…”
“Positively, I bet they’d come in any minute.”
“Let’s count from eleven then…”
“11…”
“10…”
“9…”
“8…”
“7…”
“6…”
“5…”
“4…”
“3…”
“2…”
“1…”
“Hello, Fred,” a girl greeted to George, “Or… Err… I guess…
Are you George?”
“George,” another girl greeted towards Fred, “Let’s go then
shall we? I can’t wait to drink coffee in Madame Puddifoots’”
“Hullo,” Lolaine greeted as she yawned, “Where are we
going?”
There were at least ten girls surrounding Fred and George.
They just smirked and sniggered towards the girls. Didn’t
say a word, and didn’t let out a heavy breath. They just
waited.
“I thought I’m the one that’s going out with George?”
“No, I just got asked yesterday in the deserted corridor.”
“Fred asked me ages ago! Like a week ago.”
“Liar.”
“I don’t lie!!”
“Yeah, sure…”
“But… Fred told me we’re going to drink a cup of coffee
together!”
“He told me ages ago he’s going to walk me around Duff
town!”
“Oh, shut up.”
“Cat fight,” George whispered as he sniggered towards Fred.
“Me—ow.”
“This is going to be fun,” George whispered again.
“Spectacular.”
“Best April Fool, brother.”
“Yet, George,” Fred
replied simply.
They watched the girls. Shoving shoulders to each other. The
girls didn’t know something—Just then Fred and George
shouted, “Ladies.”
They stopped the catfight
and watched Fred and George sniggered silently. They swished
their wands together and there it was… Words were traced in
the air with shimmering words:
‘APRIL
FOOLS, YA FOOL!
Fred and George laughed silently on their spot then the
girls looked dumbfounded.
“So you’re telling us that everything was a joke?” a girl
said silently after she shoved of another girls’ hair.
“Not a joke, Cicilia,” Fred said calmly, “You ladies gave us
the best present in our birthday.”
“And we thank you,” Georg continued sweetly.
“Welcome,” the girls said smiling and giggling then realised
they’re just as losers as… suckers!!!!
“You all!!! I should’ve known that you all tricked us! We’re
not losers!!! Girls, let’s have some knock out with this
twins!”
“Not so fast!!” Fred shouted calmly.
Fred threw some dungbombs but with effects—there was big
large of fluffy smoke. The girls were coughing and they
heard George and Fred’s cheering saying, “They’re really
reliable, girls!! We’ll give you ten percent off if you’re
going to buy in our new joke shop that’d open soon enough!”
Fred and George ran towards the one-eyed old crone’s hump
statue as they laughed together.
“Splendid work, and the dungbombs worked really well,” Fred
said as they walked towards the pitch black room.
“Hey, but I didn’t see Johnson around there,” George said as
he worked out his wand to form a light.
“Did you invite her already?”
“Of course, I did!”
“Well, I guess we have a winner then,” Fred said.
“But she’s mine.”
“Hey!”
