This is a legal veterinary anesthetic, which can be used in humans or animals
Liquid powder or tablet form
Adverse effects: distorted sense of time, balance and judgement inability to communicate, blurred vision, numbness, disorientation, trembling, hallucinations, amnesia, convulsions, respiratory depression, and loss of consciousness
Effects typically last for an hour but it is not uncommon for them to last for 4-6 hours. Also, victims generally do not recover from the drug for 48 hours
The penalty for using the drug to commit a rape or other crime is a felony, which can be punishable for up to 20 years in prison
