Peanut Butter Cookie Kisses
1/2 cup Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 package Hershey's Kisses
Mix
together Crisco, brown sugar, peanut butter, salt, and egg.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well. Roll into
1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten by pressing crisscross with a fork. Bake at 375 for 8-10
minutes. When cookies are removed from oven, immediately press a
candy kiss into the center of each cookie.
