Minted Pecans
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
10 marshmallows
3 cups pecans
Mix syrup, sugar, and water
in a saucepan; cook over meduim heat until it reaches the soft ball
stage. Remove from heat and add flavoring and marshmallows.
Add pecans and stir until well coated. Pour on waxed paper;
separate while still warm.
