Cherries in the Snow
1 box Duncan Hines Angel Food
cake mix
Icing:
1 can Comstock pie filling
(cherry)
1 (10 oz) carton Cool Whip
1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia
Cream Cheese
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup confectioner's sugar
Prepare
cake mix per instructions on box. Let cool; cut into two halves.
Get cream cheese to room temperature, combine with sugars and Cool Whip.
Spread over bottom of cake. Cover with a small amount of cherries.
Place top of cake on bottom. Finish icing, top with remaining cherries.
Refrigerate.
