Bavarian Mint Coffee Mix
2 sticks hard peppermint candy,
broken in pieces
1/4 cup non-dairy powdered
coffee creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
2 tablespoon cocoa
Blend ingredients in blender. Use 1
tablespoon to 6 ounces water for 1 serving. Serve with a peppermint
stick and a dollop of whipped cream.
