Writings and Speeches of Emma Goldman

Emma Goldman was the Mother of american anarchism. She was a passionate activist who struggled for women's rights, reproductive control, free love, empowerment of the working classes, and the destruction of militaristic governmental violence and hegemony.
These are but a few droplets in the massive sea of literature and public speeches made by Goldman. The internet is thick with Emma Goldman pages (the most important being the Emma Goldman Papers online library), and several of her works are still in print. Anarchism and Other Essays and her autobiography Living My Life are not difficult to find, published (I think) by Dover. AK Press carries several books and pamphlets by Goldman, many of which are very inexpensive.

  • Anarchy, What It Really Stands For.
  • A New Declaration of Independance
  • We Don't Belive in Conscription
  • Against Constription and War
  • Preparedness, the Road to Universal Slaughter
