Alice DJ and Ricky Martin made their way into the main survey from Breakers this month. The Foo Fighters are spending their third month here, and hit their highest point yet. Luck and Christina should be making their way into the main list next month, but there are major problems for B*Witched - their first four singles topped the charts, but this has sunk like a stone. Even worse is the record at #10, a charity fund-raiser in the style of 1997's "Perfect Day". Bookmakers were so sure that it would top the Christmas charts that they eliminated it from the betting - it stiffed by a long mile.

Personal Airplay

The ten records I've heard most this month...
PosSINGLEactheard
1 I TRY Macy Gray 63
2 STEAL MY SUNSHINE Len 56
3 NORTHERN STAR Melanie C 34
4 REWIND Artful Dodger 24
THAT'S THE WAY IT IS Céline Dion
I LEARNED FROM THE BEST Whitney Houston
7 KEEP ON MOVING Five 21
8 EVERYBODY Progress 20
9 IF I COULD TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME R Kelly 18
10 BLUE Eiffel 65 15
Macy makes it three months at the top, and breaks her own record for most plays in a month. Len climbs from 5, Mel C holds, R Kelly slips from 2, Eifell 65 holds at 10. Robbie Williams scored 13 plays of "She's The One" and two of "It's Only Us"; the combined total would put him equal 10th.
