"I Calvin P. Bushong of the County of Clarke in the State of Virginia, do make and constitute this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give and devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Susan F. Bushong all my property of whatever kind or nature including therein the property I have in reversion, after the death of my Father Henry Bushong in which he has a life estate; with the full power to dispose of all the property herein devised and bequeathed to her; but earnestly impress on her , that she will not sacrifice my portion of it, by sale for less than the property is fairly worth.
I hereby appoint my beloved wife Susan F. executrix of this my last Will and Testament and request that the Court will not require of her any security, for the faithful execution and discharge of her duties as Executrix. In Testimony where of I hereto subscribe my name and affix my Seal this day of March A. D. 1876."
