Spencer Osborne⁸ was born in January of 1857. �He married 1st Hannah Rife in 1878, and 2nd Sabra Blizzard in 1910. He also obtained a marriage license to marry Sarah Davis in 1875, however it was returned unsigned, indicating the marriage NEVER took place.
