JESSE BULLOCK OF ANGELICA, NY

Bullock, Jesse - My 3rd great-grandfather was sworn in as a Lieutenant in the Steuben County Militia which included Allegany County residents in 1814 and served under Lt. Colonel Jedediah Nobles. In 1815, Allegany County had it's own Militia and Jesse became a Captain. Angelica , NY where he lived was a military station and magazine during the War of 1812. There were no known engagements with the enemy.

Bullock, Asa (or Amasa) - Was a substitute for William Fanning. Supposedly served in Capt. Hine's Co., NY Militia. WO-2130

Bullock, Bradford (Martha L. Davis)- Served in Watson's MA Militia. Lived Bristol City, MA Died 2 Mar 1878. Widow died 2 May 1884. WC-12142

Bullock, Jacob E. - Served in Capt. E. Ely's Co. NY Militia.- SO-17314.

Bullock, William (Polly Phillips)- married 4 May 1818 at Busti, NY. Lived in Chautauqua Co. NY. Served in Joel S. Hart's NY Militia. SC-12537.

Bullock, William ( Margaret Smith) - married 28 Mar 1815 at Carlisle PA. Lived in Tippecanoe City, IN. Served in Wm. Alexander's PA Militia. SC-3701.
