I have a copy of a draft notice that says; May 17, 1864 from Coitsville, Ohio.
Thomas Bullock is legally drafted into service and he was to report on 14th
day of June 1864 rendezvous in Warren Ohio. signed by Provost Marshall Davis
Cadwell, 19th dist. of Ohio. Another paper; Medical examiner rejected him for
duty in Dec. 1864 to his home in Mahoning County, from Columbus, Ohio.
