My grandmother was Lucille Pearl BULLOCK (2nd marriage) b Sept. 5, 1895 in Willow Grove, Pa.. Her father was William PHILLIPS b Pa. date unk. Her mother was Phoebe McCULLOUGH. Date of birth unknown as well as death. Her 1st husband was James Thornley MARTIN born Oct. 10, 1895 in Burleigh, Cape May Co. N.J., died in Camden, N.J.
She married Edward L. BULLOCK somestimes known as ( Elery L. BULLOCK).
He was b Feb. 24, 1896 and died Aug. 9, 1957. His father was Archie W. BULLOCK, born June 27, 1870 and d July 31, 1945. They had 2 sons..Robert W. BULLOCK b. May 12, 1928, d. April 23, 1944 at the age of 16 and Edward Chandler BULLOCK b March 24, 1936, d July 25 1986Lucille BULLOCK was the mother of Dorothy (MARTIN) POOLEY( my mother) b. Oct. 18, 1917,d. Feb 18, 1979, James T. MARTIN b June 11, 1915, d. Oct. 5, 1964, Frank MARTIN b June 17,1920, and Louis W.MARTIN, b. Sept. 21, 1922 d. May 15, 1963. The Bullocks are buried in Bethel Cementery, Pennsauken, N.J. except for Edward C. BULLOCK who was cremated. They have resided in Camden, Margate, and Somers Point, N.J.
