Hi there, I do hope that someone can help me to help my dear 19 year old friend who has had a rough time with Crohn's.They have been trying to control things with steroids for 18 mths,to no avail. She has had 1 scheduled "op" and 2 more emergency ones,all in the last few weeks. She has an illiostomy now. The area round the bag and at the lower end of her scar seem to be "leaking". She is in quite a lot of pain .She has been told that she does not need to watch her diet. Can this be so ? so soon after the s rgery i feel that she should be taking a bit of care w.r.t.food. I would love some info on diets so that I can print it out for her to rsad. Thanks Hilary
