Schulze Family Tree
William D. Schulze was born in the area of Hanover Kingdom in Germany on 23 July 1822. With his brother Heinrich's help, he emigrated to the United States in 1844.
The 1850 Ohio census of Hamilton County, Cincinnati ward 10, has him listed as a cigar maker.
Eventually, he followed his brother, Heinrich, to Indiana and then later to Jamestown, Missouri, where he bought a farm about 1857.
William married Christina Haas on 1 June 1848 in Hamilton county, Ohio. She was born 30 May 1825 in Brakenheim, Wuerttemberg, Germany, and came to America alone at age 21. They had 8 children.
