Mt.Fuji is called "Fuji-san" in Japanese. It is the highest and most beautiful mountain in Japan, with the altitude of 12,397 feet. Its climbing season is limited to July and August.　

Lake Yamanaka is famous for its marimo , a singular spherical green weed. Some of the hotsprings near Lake Yamanaka are situated far away from the Tokyo city and there visitors find old customs and manners still existing.
