What an awesome trip through history - I feel like I have taken a step back through time. I have a Criterion grandson and he is the best guy in the world to work with! He is chestnut with the same color mane and tail. (Unfortunately, he didn't inherit t e lovely "blond" mane & tail!) I have many folders of foundation sires of all breeds. I have been collectin for 50 years. Very nice web site. I am a Morgan breeder of 38 years. Our breed needs to keep the original history of Justin Morgan and his sons in mind in order to keep the breed charactoristics in mind when breeding.
