MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Cornmeal-Rice Patties Categories: Main dish, Mcdougall, Vegetarian Yield: 6 servings -formatted by S.Grabowski 1 c Cornmeal 1 c Water 4 tb Garbanzo flour 2 c Cooked brown rice Mix cornmeal and flour. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir to mix well and water is absorbed. Add the cooked rice. Moisten hands with water. Using about 1/2 cup of mixture, flatten it into a patty with your hands.
