MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Spicy Vegetable Sauce Categories: Sauces, Mcdougall, Vegetarian Yield: 4 servings -formatted by S.Grabowski 1 lg Sliced onion 1/2 lb Sliced mushrooms 1 md Sliced pepper 2 c Assorted chopped vegetables 1 md Sliced zucchini 1 c Green beans 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Chili 1/2 ts Tumeric 1 ts Tabasco sauce 4 tb Cornstarch or arrowroot 1/4 c Fresh coriander Saute vegetables in a small amount of water for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except corn starch and coriander. Cook over medium heat an additional 10 minutes. Mix corn starch in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to sauce while stirring. Stir until thickened.
