MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Tofu and Vegetables with Rice Categories: Main dish, Mcdougall, Vegetarian Yield: 4 servings 1 lg Sliced onion 1/4 Sliced green pepper 1/4 lb Torn spinach 1 c Mung bean sprouts 1 Block firm tofu cut in cubes 1/4 c Sesame seeds 2 tb Soy sauce 4 c Cooked brown rice Saute onion and green pepper in 1/4 c water for 10 minutes. Add tofu and mushrooms. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Add spinach, bean sprouts, sesame seeds and soy sauce. Cover and steam 5 minutes to wilt spinach. Mix in 4 cups cooked rice. Heat throughout.
