Categories: Mcdougall, Main dish, Vegetarian, Ok Yield: 4 servings -formatted by S.Grabowski 2 lb Tofu, mashed 1 2/3 c Rolled oats 1/3 c Ketchup 1/4 c Soy sauce 1 md Onion, chopped 2 tb Mustard 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 2 tb BBQ sauce 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/4 ts Pepper Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Press mixture into a non-stick loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes, then loosen sides with a spatula and invert over a serving platter to remove. HELPFUL HINT: Oil the pan with a non-stick spray if the pan is not non-stick. Also, do not use quick cooking oats-they do not absorb enough liquid and the loaf stays too moist.
