MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Vegetable Pie Categories: Main dish, Mcdougall, Vegetarian Yield: 6 servings -format by S.Grabowski -FILLING 1 lg Sliced onion 2 c Sliced broccoli 2 c Cliced carrots 1 Clove pressed garlic 2 c Water 2 tb Arrowroot or cornstarch 3 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Basil 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/2 ts Dill weed 1/2 ts Cumin 1 ds White pepper 2 tb Bran 1 PREPARED PIE CRUST Prepare a pie crust. Prepare filling mixture by sauteing onion, mushrooms and garlic in 1/2 cup water for 5 min. Add remaining sliced vegetables. Cook and stir x 5 min more. Combine remaining ingredients except bran. Add to vegetables. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Pour into piecrust, sprinkle on bran. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Cool 15 min before slicing. From the Mcdougall Plan MMMMM
