Vegetarian Diets

More and More studies are finding the typical Standard American Diet (SAD) is way too rich for our bodies and therefore the cause of many of life's ills. Perhaps we should all return to the diet of our ancestors, based mostly on vegetables, fruits, and grains, and eating little, if any, meat. Others advocate not only a starch-based diet but one very low in fat to decrease heart problems, some cancers, and certainly obesity.
