      Title: Spinach Tart

           ;10 oz packages
      2    Frozen chopped spinach
           ;thawed and squeezed dry
      1 pk Lipton's Onion soup mix
      1    Egg; lightly beaten
      3 oz Part-skim Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c  Sour cream
      1 sm Tomato; sliced
 
  1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  
  2) In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients thoroughly,
  except tomato.
  
  3) Pour into 9-inch round casserole dish coated with non-stick spray.
  
  4) Bake 45 minutes, or until firm.
  
  5) Serve topped with sliced tomato.
