MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: RICE DUMPLING SOUP Categories: Soups Yield: 4 servings 2/3 c Freshly cooked white rice 1/4 c Flour 1 ts Grated onion; with juice 1 tb Parsley; minced 1 Large egg 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce 4 c Beef stock Freshly ground black pepper In a bowl, mash the rice with a wooden spoon. In another bowl, combine the rice, flour, onion and juice, parsley, egg, salt, worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Mix well. In a saucepan over high heat, boil the stock. Remove the pan from the burner. By the teaspoonful, drop the rice mixture into the stock. Return the pan to the heat, bringing the stock just to the boiling point.
