MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Neptune's Salad Categories: Salads, Low-cal, Low-fat, Diabetic Yield: 4 servings 2 pk (4-serving size each) JELL-O -Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar- -Free Gelatin 2 c Boiling water 1 c Plain lowfat yogurt 2 tb Chili sauce 2 tb Finely chopped onion 2 tb Lemon juice 1 c Imitation crabmeat, flaked 1/2 c Chopped celery 1/4 c Chopped red pepper Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt, chili sauce, onion and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 4 individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 5 cups or 4 entree servings.
