Heat oil,m add zucchini; cook, stirring, 4 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Add onion, basil, salt and pepper to skillet; cook untiil onion is tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Spread ricotta cheese over crust; spread tomato mixture on top. Arrange zucchini slices, slightly overlapping, in circle in center of pizza. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
