      Title: Steak and Onion Pizza

      1 ts Vegetable oil
    3/4 lb Flank stead
    3/4 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
      1    Red onion; cut 1/2" wedges
    1/2 c  Green onions; sliced
      2 ts Fresh tarragon; minced or
      1 tb Fresh parsley; minced mix w/
    1/2 ts Dried tarragon; crumbled
      1    12" pizza crust
      1 c  Fontina cheese; diced
 
  Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil over high heat. Sprinkle steak with
  salt and pepper. Cook 1 minutes per side. Slice thin. Add onion to
  skillet; cook 2 minutes. Transfer onion to bowl with green onions and
  tarragon. Arrange evenly on crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
