      1 c  Sm broccoli florets; cook 1
           -minute, rinse, drain
      1 c  Ricotta cheese
      1 tb Parmesan; grated
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      4    6" pizza crusts
           Zucchini slices
           Ripe olive slices
      2    Cherry tomatoes; halve
           Cheddar cheese; slice 1"wide
 
  Preheat oven to 450~. Combine ricotta, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
  Spread mixture over each pizza crust. Make faces on each with 1/4 c
  broccoli florets each (for hair), zucchini (for eyebrows), olives for
  eyes, tomatoes (for nose) and Cheddar (for mouth). Bake 8 to 10
