MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Popular Pizza Categories: Breads, Pizza, Low-cal, Main dish Yield: 2 servings MMMMM----------------FARM JOURNALS COUNTRY C-BOOK--------------------- 1 pk Dry yeast 1 1/4 c ;water, warm 3 1/2 c Flour, sifted (to 4 cups) 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Garlic powder Sprinkle yeast on warm water; stir to dissolve. Add 2 cups flour, salt and garlic powder. Beat thoroughly. Stir in remaining flour. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place in lightly greased bowl, turn dough over to grease top. Let rise until doubled. Knead long enough to force out large air bubbles. Divide in half. Makes 2 12inch pizza crusts. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20 to 30 min. Check in 15 minutes. *The garlic powder was the poster's addition-not in original recipe.
