  Bulletin Board. Sprinkle Sweet and Sugar Twin - 1 tsp. for 1 tsp.
  sugar. Sweet n'low - 1/3 tsp for 1 tablespoon sugar. Liquid Sucaryl -
  1 tablespoon for 1/2 cup sugar. Adolph's Sugar Substitute - 1/4 tsp.
  for 1 tablespoon of sugar. Liquid Sweet 10 - 1 tablespoon for 3/4 cup
  sugar, 4 tsp. for 1 cup sugar. Weight Watchers - 1/8 tsp. for 1 tsp.
  sugar, 1 tablespoon for 1/2 cup sugar. Sweet 10 tablets and Equal
  tablets - 1 tablet for 1 tsp. sugar. Equal, granulated- 1 packet for
  2 tsp. sugar.

    Tablets:  1/4 grain = 1 tablet = 1 tsp. of sugar in sweetness = 0
  calories.
    Granular:  In packets, 1 packet = 2 tsp. of sugar in sweetness = 4
  calories.
    Sweet 'n Low, a popular brand is a sodium-free soluble sacharine.
  It is a blend of nutritive & non-nutritive sweeteners & contains a
  bit of dextrose.
    Packets of SugarTwin & Weight Watchers Sweet'ner are made with
  sodium sacharine and contain some dextrose. 1 packet = 2 tsp. of
  sugar in sweetness = 3 calories. One packet of Sweet'ner contains 16
  mg. of sodium - only a bit, but it does add up.
    boxes of Brown SugarTwin are made with sodium saccharin, caramel
  color and artificial flavor.  1 teaspoon = 1 1/2 calories.
    Liquid:  Sweet-10 & Superose are both sodium saccharin in water and
  have no calories. 10 drops = 1 tsp. of sugar in sweetness. Sweet 10 -
  1 tablespoon = 1/2 cup sugar sweetness. Superose - 2 tsp. = 1/2 cup
  sugar sweetness.
    Aspartame - EQUAL:  Bulk:  As an ingredient of processed food as
  NutraSweet.  Read the label for unntritional information as products
  vary widely. NutraSweet is nnot sold directly to consumers in bulk
  but may be in the future.
    Packets:  1 packet Equal = 4 calories = 2 tsp. sugar in sweetness: 6
  packets Equal = 1/2 cup sugar.
    Tablets:  1 tablet Equal = 1 tsp. sugar in sweetness and contains
  lactose as a binder.
