MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Apple Fruit Gelatin Squares Categories: Kids, Fruits Yield: 24 servings No-stick cooking spray 3 Envelopes unflavored gelatin 1 1/2 c Cold water 6 oz Apple juice concentrate * 1 c Assorted fruit ** *Note: If using frozen apple juice concentrate, it should be thawed first. ** Suggested fruits: green and red grape halves, strawberry halves, banana slices and/or mandarin orange segments. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray (or see note below). In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; allow to soften 1 to 2 minutes. Cook over medium heat until gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly. Stir in apple juice concentrate; blend well. Pour into coated pan. Arrange fruit in gelatin. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into squares or desired shapes with cookie cutters. 24 squares. Note: Two non-metal ice cube trays can also be used. Spray ice cube trays with no-stick cooking spray. Continue as directed above, placing fruit in each square.
