Arrange tuna in a 9-inch pieplate that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. In a blender container, combine half of the parmesan cheese with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour over tuna, top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, until set and lightly browned. Let stand five minutes before serving.
