MM format by Ursula R. Taylor. Cream together the peanut butter, butter, baking chocolate and vanilla extract. Gradually add sugar replacement, sorbitol and fructose. Continue beating and add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture and mix together thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes. YIELD: 96 cookies EXCHANGE, 1 cookie: 1/3 bread and 1/2 fat CALORIES, 1 cookie: 40 -----
