MMMMM---------------------DEAL-A-MEAL RECIPE--------------------------
    1/4 c  Sauerkraut, rinsed
      1 ds Caraway seeds
      1 sl Rye OR wholewheat bread,
           Toasted
      1 ts Mustard
      1 oz Cooked sliced turkey
      1 oz Swiss cheese slice
      4 sl Tomato
           Celery & carrot sticks
      1    Kiwi fruit
 
  1) In a small saucepan or microwave, heat sauerkraut with caraway
  seeds. Drain well.
  2) Spread toast with mustard and top with turkey.
  3) Spread sauerkraut over turkey and top with cheese.
  4) Heat in microwave or toaster oven until warmed through and cheese
  begins to melt. Top with tomato slices.
  5) Serve with celery & carrot sticks, kiwi and mineral water.
