    1/4 c  Worestershire sauce
      3 tb Steak sauce;your choice(opt)
      1 ts Peppercorns
      1 pn Seasoned salt
      2    Garlic cloves;crushed
      1 lg Onion;sliced
 
  Preheat crockpot on high. put roast in pot. add the rest of the ing.
  Last add onion sliced. Cover and cook overnight for early meal or
  start in early AM for dinner. Do not add more water.
