           Plaster
           Small balloon
           Yarn
           Spray paint
           Bowl for mixing plaster
 
   1. Blow up the balloon and tie the end closed.
  
   2. Holding some of the yarn in the plaster, pull the yarn from the
  bowl and ghrough the fingers.  Wipe off excess plaster.
  
   3. Place the plastered yarn on the balloon.  Wrap in round the
  balloon in a pretty pattern .  Cross the yarn over itself frequently.
  
   4.  Let the plaster dry.
  
   5. Spray the yarn a favorite color.  The inside will be pure white.
  
   6. Hold the balloon in a wastebasket.  Pop the balloon.
