      2 c  Elmer's glue;16oz
  1 1/3 c  Water
    2/3 c  Water
      2 ts Borax
           Food coloring
 
  in one bowl mix the glue and 1-1/3 cups water together well stir till
  you see no water. then in another bowl add borax and water stir to
  dissolve IMPORTANT slowly pour borax water mix in glue and stir.
  Knead till rubbery extension ideas use scissors to cut, use cookie
  cutter, cups, molds, spoons, and impression utensils. use a straw and
  make bubbles another idea is to use the neon or glow in the dark glues
