MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Burgundy Burgers Categories: Burgers, Ground beef Yield: 6 servings 1 1/2 lb Ground beef 1/4 c Burgundy or other red wine 1 Small onion,finely chopped 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Seasoned salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1/8 ts Garlic salt Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
