      Title: Tropical Nut Bread

      2 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking soda
      2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 cn Pineapple,crush,8 1/2 oz
      1 c  Banana, mashed
    1/3 c  Orange juice
    1/2 c  Butter
      1 c  Sugar
      2 x  Eggs, beaten
  1 1/2 c  Macadamian nuts,chopped
 
  Preheat oven to 350F. Butter a one-pound loaf pan. Sift dry
  ingredients together and set aside. Combine pineapple, banana and OJ
  and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and
  beat well. Add a small amount of the flour mixture alternately with
  the fruit mixture, mixing only enough to moisten the flour. Stir in
  nuts and pour batter in the pan Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
