MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Stuffed Mushrooms Francesca Categories: Vegetables, Vegetarian, Appetizers Yield: 4 servings MMMMM--------------------FROM FIT FOR LIFE II------------------------- 12 lg Mushrooms, stems reserved 1 sm Onion 1/2 c Parsley, finely minced 1/4 c Bell pepper, minced 2 tb Butter or soy margarine 1 ts Lemon juice 1/3 c Whole wheat bread crumbs 1/4 ts Oregano 1/4 ts Basil 1/4 ts Coriander Wash and dry mushrooms. Mince stems. Heat 1 tablespoon butt or margarine in medium skillet. Add onion, parsley, and bell pepper, and saute' until soft. Add elmon juice bread crumbs and herbs. Mix well. Stuff into caps. Dot with remaining butter or margarine. Bake in buttered Pyrex baking dish at 375* for 20 minutes. MMMMM
