      3 oz Cream cheese
    1/3 c  Carrot, grated
    1/4 ts Salt
      1 ds Cayenne pepper
      4 dr Worcestershire sauce
      1 tb Chives, chopped
      1    Parsley sprig
 
  Roll into carrot shape.  Use parsley sprig for carrot top. Chill
  overnight.
