In 1826 when Ole Tollevsen was 27, he married Beret Kittilsd Gronseth, daughter of Kittil Nilsen Gronseth & Siri Karsd Gren, 1826 in Gronseth, Sigdal, Norge. Born Feb 16, 1803 in Gronseth, Sigdal, Norge. Berit Kittilsd died Nov 18, 1885 in Rothsay, MN; she was 82. Buried Nov 24, 1885 in Hamar Cemetery, Rothsay, MN. Ole & Beret Gronseth emigrated to USA in 1868 from Sigdal Norway. They came when elderly with their sons & daughter. They eventually settled in Rothsay, MN in Wilkin County Akron Township. Some of their children and / or grandchildren stayed in southern MN and others in Norway. Please contact us if you have corrections or further information.
