Ancestors From Norway This is a MUST SEE site to visit. John Follesdal has very valuable information on Norwegian genealogy as well as very well organized links to visit. I visit this site often and still have not gotten through all of the valuable information. Also includes links to the various counties in Norway.
Go to Sources from Bergen, Norway The University of Bergan, Norway has put a searchable database of the 1801 Census on-line. They also have the Emigration database from Bergan Norway on line. There is family information on the surnames I am researching on both of these databases. This site has much information.

Journal Obituaries The Fergus Falls Daily Journal did have obituaries on line but still does list deaths by date of publishing and limited information with the option of receiving a copy of the obituary from the Journal.
