   3       ts           Peppercorns
  32       fl           Brandy
     3/4   lb           Sugar

       Put flowers, herbs and brandy into a preserving
  jar or bottle and seal.  Allow to stand for 6 weeks.
  Filter and add sugar, stirring until completely
