   1       c            Celery -- chopped
   3       tb           Margarine or butter
   1       c            Solid pack pumpkin
   1       c            Orange segments
     1/4   ts           Pepper
     3/4   c            Onion -- chopped
   1       cn           Chicken broth
   1       c            Pecans -- chopped
     1/2   ts           Salt
   5       c            Dry bread cubes

  Preheat oven to 375~. Saute celery and onion in           
  butter. Add broth, pumpkin, nuts, oranges, salt &         
  pepper; mix well. Toss pumpkin mixture over dry bread     
  cubes. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Bake 25-30           
  minutes or until well heated.                             
                                                            
  MICROWAVE: In 2 quart casserole, combine celery, onion    
  and butter. Cover; cook on HIGH fro 6-8 minutes or        
  until celery is tender and onion translucent. Add         
  combined remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; cook     
  on HIGH 10-15 minutes or until heated well, turning       
  dish every 5 minutes.
