   7 1/2   oz           Reduced cream
   1 1/2   c            Whiskey
   1                    Egg
   1       tb           Chocolate syrup
   2       ts           Strong black coffee

       Put ingredients into a blender and combine well
  until smooth. Transfer to a storage container; seal
  well and refrigerate until required. Makes about 3 1/2
