     1/2   c            Talcum Powder
     1/2   c            Granulated Sugar

  Mix together.  Sprinkle mxiture over any area you want    
  to decorate after it has been spread with liquid          
  starch or a mixture of 1/2 glue and 1/2 water. Let        
  dry. HINT: the more sugar the more sparkle.
