   4                    Filet Mignon Steaks
   4       tb           Black Pepper -- freshly ground
                        -or whatever pepper your
                        -gourmet store is carrying
                        -that appeals to you

  Place ground pepper, or cracked peppercorns, in flat
  dish. Press steaks into pepper to coat steaks on all
  sides. Broil or barbeque steaks on each side, until
  they are cooked to your liking.
