           Old knit glove                                   
           Craft feathers                                   
           Two eyes that wiggle                             
           Scraps of red & orange                           
           Felt                                             
           Cotton balls                                     
           Scissors                                         
           White glue                                       
                                                            
  1... Stuff the glove with cotton balls. Turn the edges    
  inside and glue thenm together. You may need to hold      
  the edges shut until they are dry. You can do this        
  with a large paper clip or a clamping clothespin.         
                                                            
  2... Poke lots of pretty craft feathers between and       
  around the fingers of the glove.                          
  Cut a beak from orange felt and a wattle from red felt    
  and glue them on the side of the thumb.                   
                                                            
  Glue on two wiggle eyes to complete your bird.
